Katherine Terumi Laubscher is a Japanese American writer and poet based in New York City. She is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of Kioku magazine, a Japanese American cultural journal. Her writing has been featured in Apartment Therapy, Nikkei West, and Boston magazine, and her poetry will be included in The Gate of Memory, a forthcoming anthology on nikkei incarceration published by Haymarket Books.
